Pen Test Audits

This month I'm looking at auditing.  Almost every company has some type of audit process and has to keep records of when they are audited (including the results).  I'm running a poll as to how often your company is audited.  Here I'm defining the term audit to include: pen testing and/or web application testing.  You can vote on the right and we will have a write up on the results at the end of the month.
